SYN5006 The synchronous encoder and pulse distributor of the synchronous motor is designed and developed by Xi'an synchronous Electronic Technology Co., Ltd., which is a coded signal pulse conversion device designed and developed by ourselves. It synchronizes and distributs the coded pulse signals and provides 4 pulse signals that can be transmitted over a long distance to the users. It can be applied to the synchronous control, printing, printing and dyeing of motor signals.

1)    One Path NPN or HTL/TTL/422 differential coding pulse input (if NPN input is required to explain in advance with manufacturer);

3)    Four Path HTL/TTL/422 differential encoding pulse signal output (extensible).

Application of encoder pulse signal conversion module:

1, the encoder pulse signal conversion module must know clearly the types of input signals before buying, such as TTL, HTL, differential, NPN, PNP and other level signals. They are basically not compatible, so before choosing, we should know clearly the format of the encoder output and the level format that PLC needs to input.

2. The output level of the encoder pulse signal conversion module is the same as that of the supply voltage. The maximum voltage should not exceed 30V, and the minimum can not be less than 5V.

3, the output of the encoder pulse signal conversion module can be expanded to a maximum of 14 channels, and the default is 4 output. Therefore, users should purchase the corresponding routes according to actual needs.

4, the signal location of the encoder pulse signal conversion module is best connected, because the actual use of the environment is generally difficult to predict, perhaps interference is relatively large, it is recommended that the general user directly connect the ground wire, so as not to cause trouble or loss.
