SYN5201 The time and frequency synchronization equipment calibrator is a portable time and frequency comprehensive test equipment designed and developed by Xi'an synchronous Electronic Technology Co., Ltd., which is developed by ourselves. The clock calibrator is a comprehensive power system clock tester with high precision GPS time reference source, frequency reference source, time measurement, frequency measurement and calibration, IRIG-B time code generation and decoding, time delay correction (phase-shifting) and other modules.
The clock calibrator provides a portable multi-function clock calibrator that meets the needs of power system, covers the time information and time signal of the existing power system and all kinds of interface channels and protocols. It has the characteristics of light and portable, standby battery, and suitable for various field testing and checking environment.
Product function
1) Time measurement function A time interval detector with a resolution of 0.1 microseconds can measure the time difference (time interval) between clock error or pulse signal (TTL level or empty contact point), so as to complete the timing accuracy check of clock equipment.
2) Frequency calibration (frequency calibration) function - It can calibrate external input 1MHz, 5MHz, 10MHz crystal frequency or rubidium frequency.
3) Frequency measurement function - The 10S/1S/0.5S gate time can be selected, and the frequency value of the 30Hz 20MHz frequency signal is directly read from the external input.
4) Time pulse output - Output 1PPS (GPS) and 1PPS (local second) signal synchronized with GPS, TTL interface.
5) Synchronous pulse output - Output 9, 1, 5, 10, 20, 25, 50, 100, 200, 1KPPS 9 kinds of synchronous pulse signal 1 road, TTL level interface.
6) Frequency output -1MHz The standard frequency signals of 5MHz and 10MHz are 1 ways and TTL interfaces.
7) IRIG B time code demodulation and decoding function - It can demodulate and decode the external input B (DC) code (TTL/RS422/RS232 interface) or B (AC) code, output B code 1PPS demodulation seconds for testing, and form B code clock.This completes the verification of the correctness of various output interfaces of IRIG B codes for external clock devices.
8) IRIG - time code generation function - Output IRIG - B code.Among them, the B (AC) AC code is 600 balanced output, and the B (DC) DC code outputs three channels, namely TTL, RS232 and RS422 interface.To check the external device B code input interface.
9) Pulse delay (phase-shifting) function It can choose the digital delay (Yi Xiang) or no delay (not Yi Xiang), single time or continuous delay (Yi Xiang) for the 1PPS /1PPM inside the machine, and output the four way of testing the "air contact" pulse signal.And the delay of each output signal can be preset by four buttons and a six bit dialing switch.
10) Display function - 2 * 20 character backlit LCD character display, first line direct reading display time, month, day, minute, second, real-time Beijing time. , There are 17 LED lights indicating the working state of their respective units. 。
11) The machine is equipped with GPS controlled 10MHz high precision frequency standard.
12) Two RS232 interface outputs Real time Beijing time, clock difference (Shi Cha), IRIG-B code clock time, minutes, seconds, year, month, day, 3 minutes, seconds, milliseconds, microseconds.
13) Output TTL interface 1PPS (GPS), 1PPS (local clock), 1PPS (B code seconds), 1PPM (GPS) all the way.
