After the connection is done, the antenna is placed at the window or outside, and the device is switched on for 2-3 minutes. After receiving the star, it means that the device and antenna can work properly.

When the test is OK, the antenna will need to be erected to the roof, balcony, roof, air conditioner outdoor machine and outdoor open space. It is fixed by supporting bracket and screws.

The antenna is connected to the antenna /ANT interface of the clock server, the front panel is observed, and after receiving the satellite, the network cable is connected to the clock server, directly connected to the computer / access LAN, and is configured through software or through WEB to login to the device management interface.

Change the default IP and gateway in the server to the IP and gateway of the existing LAN as a network segment.

Click on the lower right corner of the computer to open the time, select "Internet time" - change the settings, select "Internet time server synchronization", change the default "time.windows.com" into the clock server modified IP in the input box, and click "update immediately".

After clicking "immediately update", prompt synchronization is successful. This means that the synchronization between the computer and the clock server is successful. If the synchronization error is indicated, it means that the synchronization fails, then it is necessary to check whether the IP is correct and whether the network is smooth.

After checking the IP and network lines, you need to check whether the windowstime function of the computer is turned on. In addition, check whether to open the NTP client function, fill in the IP of the clock server in the NTP configuration, and then click "update immediately".

Answer: it is best for the user to measure the antenna length in advance when placing the order, so that the appropriate antenna length can be arranged. If the cable is clipping again and again, it will not be able to guarantee good satellite effect.

2. How to avoid lightning?

Answer: according to the building regulations, all construction equipment will do lightning protection measures. The mushroom head of the antenna will be erected in the open space outside the building through a bracket. Under normal circumstances, it will not exceed the maximum lightning protection measures of the building. If it is still worried about lightning, it can increase the arrester, and the lightning arrester is installed between the main engine and the antenna, which does not affect the star collection effect.
